Privacy policy

This policy covers nd6figures.com and the sign-up forms I run on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. It's run by Kevin Scott-Grant.
What I collect
- Sign-up forms (this site or a social media lead form): your first name and email address. Some forms also ask which trade you're interested in and what state you live in.
- Purchases: if you buy a guide, the checkout is handled by Gumroad. I receive your name, email and what you bought. I never see your card details.
- Messages: if you DM me or reply to an email, I see what you send.
How it's used
- To send you the free playbook and follow-up emails about getting into the trades.
- To deliver anything you buy and handle refunds.
- Your trade and state help me make content and share info that fits you.
I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who else handles your data
- MailerLite stores the email list and sends emails.
- Gumroad processes payments.
- TikTok, Instagram and Facebook collect form entries on their apps before I download them. Their own privacy policies apply there too.
- Netlify hosts this site.
How long I keep it
I keep your information while you're on the email list. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it, I remove it.
Kids
This site and these forms are not meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Affiliate links and cookies
When you click an affiliate link, the company on the other end may set a cookie so they know the visit came from me. Their own privacy policy covers what they collect.
This site uses the TikTok Pixel. It tells TikTok when someone visits a page, signs up for the playbook, or clicks to buy, so I can measure my ads and show them to people who've already shown interest. TikTok's privacy policy covers how they handle that data. You can limit ad tracking in your TikTok and phone settings, or use your browser's privacy settings to block it.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your information deleted, email kevingrant618@gmail.com.
